Winston Chang, AIA LEED AP
Winston Chang provides over 28 years of regional and international experience in multifamily housing, mixed-use, creative office and retail design. Mr. Chang’s knowledge of design, project management and construction administration have earned his projects awards and recognition from the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC).
From his perspective as a former partner at three leading architectural firms in Metropolitan Los Angeles, Winston has brought the best of each of these firms together in Next Architecture. Over the last 5 years he has directed the design of over $1,000,000,000 of real estate.
A native Angeleno, Mr. Chang is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and is a California registered architect. He is currently Planning Commission Vice Chair for the City of Palos Verdes Estates.

Rodolfo Mora, Jr. LEED AP
For almost 2 decades Rodolfo Mora has designed a wide range of project types from Mixed-use, Multi-family residential, Retail and Hospitality.
As one of the founding partners of Next Architecture, Rodolfo Mora is the creative lead behind many of the firm’s award-winning portfolio. His work is characterized by a strong design vision resulting from collaboration with clients, stakeholders and the community.

Rodolfo began his career as a designer at Hok Chicago, working on Hospitality and Health Care projects. In 2014, he joined Studioneleven / P+R Architects and became the Design Director of the International Studio. His international portfolio includes Twin Parks and The Gardens in Taiwan, Vanguard in Huzhou, China to name a few. All have garnered global recognition for design excellence.
Prior to founding Next Architecture, Rodolfo was the Design Director at TCA architects where he led project teams from concept design to construction documentation. His strong "form-giving" skills and hands-on leadership led to several more awards.
In 2014 AMLI MDR- a 585 unit Luxury apartment project in Marina del Rey California received the Gold Nugget Grand Prize for Best-on-the Boards Multi Family. Two years later Neptune Marina another 526 unit apartment project adjacent to AMLI MDR won the same Gold Nugget Prize. Both projects are under construction and is expected to be completed soon.
Rodolfo is an exceptional sketch artist with a natural capacity for big picture planning. He graduated from University of Santo Tomas, in the Philippines where he has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture.

Jonathan Cornelio
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jonathan Cornelio developed his passion for architecture while living in this vibrant city. He later attended the University of California at Berkeley where he received his B.A in Environmental Design. Jonathan brings over 28 years of architectural experience to every project. Throughout his career, he’s remained focused on contributing to building sustainable communities. Mr. Cornelio has extensive experience in Project Management and Construction Administration and prides himself for delivering projects on time and on budget. Jonathan has contributed to the success of several major architectural firms in Los Angeles. It was with these companies where he successfully led teams through mixed-use, high-rise residential, retail, hospitality (hotels and restaurants), airports, museums, and theme park projects.
As a passionate leader of the community, he faithfully served as a member for the City of Burbank Planning Board where he implemented the City of Burbank’s Vision Statement, Land Use policies, the City’s Comprehensive Plan and lastly, its Environmental Policies.
Jonathan’s latest venture with NEXT Architecture as the Head of Operations for their satellite office in Manila involves bringing together the best and brightest production team. He ensures that his team is well-versed in the latest versions of AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, REVIT (all disciplines), Navisworks, Point Cloud and the latest technologies. His in-depth knowledge of ‘’shared services”, his requirement for strong communication and his drive for “validated learning” through Client feedback continues to make NEXT a success in the Architecture and Engineering industry.
